I’m a mom — of course there are rules!

1. The Feathers and the Fuzz are of God’s design.  I can tend to them, but I can’t control the universe. Someday I will stop trying … maybe tomorrow.
2. It’s okay to be happy. This blog will not highlight “nature can be harsh” images/videos. It is important to me that you can trust a visit to this site to be welcoming experience.  That said, I don’t wear blinders and one can learn from the harsh. IF you want to view the harsh content, select “The UGLY” from the top menu of this site, or “Ugly” from the Index of Posts.  Nothing UGLY will be featured in a blog post.  These events may only be viewed by choosing to do so.  
3. It is what it is — as in the quality of camera images.  Sorry, no gallery art here.  Occasionally I take a photo with a still camera and may include the few I manage to get in focus.
4. Leave no poop behind.  Even the Bluebird nestlings follow this rule!  Obviously I can’t control whatever comments a visitor may be inclined to leave behind (See Rule #1.), and I welcome discussion as well as constructive criticism/corrections.  That said, I commit to not responding to any poopy comments.   I hope anyone who chooses to follow this blog will join me in this commitment.  See Rule #2.
5. No running with scissors.
